Comparing The Professional Commitment of Midwives from X and Y Generations

Aim: This study was conducted to compare the professional commitment of midwives from X and Y generations. Method: research with descriptive design carried out among in two cities Eastern Anatolia September November 2019. The population consisted generations, working relevant hospitals between aforementioned dates, agreed participate voluntarily. data were collected by 7-8 interviewers researchers each province. using Personal Information Form Midwifery Belonging Scale (MBS). Before collecting data, an ethics committee approval obtained once informed, their verbal consent obtained. Results: Based on comparison midwives’ characteristics, it determined that 42,9% generation 81,2% had a bachelor’s degree.
